Shipping And Return Policy

Please allow the following number of working days from receipt of your order:

5-7 days business days for domestic delivery.

12-14 business days for International delivery.

Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities 

and national/ festive holidays and it can take up to 7-14 business days for 

domestic deliveries. Further delays can be expected in remote areas.​

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

• Shipping cost for pre-paid orders ₹60/- per kg/ volumetric weight.

​

• For International shipments shipping cost will be as per prevailing shipping 

charges taken by International shippers (FedEx, DHL or UPS).

​For any shipping related issues, a complaint should be registered before the 

product is shipped from the warehouse.​

All post-delivery related grievances or complaints should be registered within 24 

hours of receiving intimidation regarding delivery/ receiving the product.

Metalfuse is not responsible for damage after delivery.

​

Returns will be applicable only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or 

different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement 

as and when applicable. We would contact you to ascertain the damage or defect 

in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. Contact us to initiate a return, 

in case you wish to know our replacement.
